He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Adrian and Elizabeth Adrian (Angel); his former wife Margaret Adrian (Mesner); his children, Megan Adrian and Michael Adrian; his siblings, Helen Marie Hanson and Robert Adrian; and his grandson Rondal Lee Adrian.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Adrian of North Vernon; his children, Kirsten Adrian of North Vernon, Daniel L. Adrian (Alison) of Mason, OH, Richard L. Adrian (Amanda) of Greer, SC and Jonathan P. Adrian (Angela) of Scipio; his brothers, Dean Adrian of Ft Collins, CO and Billy Adrian of Mission, SD; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Samantha Adrian, Mia, Dylan, Ava Adrian, Quinn, Duncan, Conner and Brandon Adrian.
