She is survived by: her sons, Richard Wayne Eakins (Kim) of Unionville, IN and Christopher Ray Eakins of Nashville, IN; her grandchildren, Julie Ortlibe, Evan Eakins and Hillary Frye; her great grandchildren, Samuel Frye, Cora Frye, May Frye, Avery Eakins, Gunnar Ortlibe, Zoe Ortlibe and Paisley Ortlibe; and her siblings, Judy Steinert of Ruth Roseberry, T. L and Randolph Hudson.
Memorials can be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of Jennings County or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
