He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Hoover and Regina Burket Hoover; his wife Deborah Hoover; his children, Russell Hoover (Amy) of California, Jamey Gibson of North Vernon, Tracey Gibson II (Christina) of Marietta, Stacey King (Mike) of Commiskey, Tricia Sheehan and Paula Hoover (Rex); and his grandchildren, Christian Ruddick (Amber), Amanda Ruddick, Tracey Gibson III, Casey Gibson of Marietta, Brody Sheehan of California, Baxter Sheehan of California, Reily Sheehan of California and Quinn Sheehan of California. He was also cherished by his parents; one brother and two sisters.
