He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowe and Diana Lowe (Clark); and his wife Ann Lowe. He is survived by: his son Justin Lowe (Zach Barnett) of Kokomo; his sister Brenda Leeman of Grand Junction, CO; and his grandchildren, Connor, Kendall and Cora Lowe.
