He is survived by: his close friend Angela Fugate of North Vernon; his children, Kevin Heilman (Becky) of North Vernon, Kathy Weixler of North Vernon and Connie Richardson (Glen) of North Vernon; his brother Carl Heilman Jr. (Henrietta) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Misty Bustle (Ryan) of Franklin, Ryan Richard Heilman (Megan) of Commiskey, Steven Heilman (Kaylee) of North Vernon, Michael Weixler (Lyndsey) of North Vernon, Tyler Branham (Lillian Hogan) of Carmel, Eva Arnold (Cecil) of Brownstown and Nicole Richardson (Alaina Young) of Port Bolivar, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Emma Heilman of North Vernon, Grant Heilman of North Vernon, Maggie Heilman of North Vernon, Brixley Weixler of North Vernon, Briley Weixler of North Vernon, Roman Bustle of Franklin, Alice Bustle of Franklin, Wyatt Heilman of Commiskey, Alivia Heilman of Commiskey, Levaeh Arnold of Brownstown and Liam Arnold of Brownstown.
