He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Biehle and Fayette Biehle (Carney); his daughter Judy Biehle; and his siblings, Gene Biehle, Frank Biehle, Doris Biehle, Sally Hill (Virgie), Rosemary Morin and Catherine Garbutt.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta Biehle (Matern) of North Vernon; his children, Ed Biehle (Lisa) of North Vernon, Marvin Biehle (Anita) of North Vernon, Tom Biehle (Iris) of North Vernon, Marie Baurle (Dwayne) of North Vernon, Dorothy Bailey (Rick) of North Vernon and Donna Gerringer (Joseph) of North Vernon; his sister Deloris Sorg of Elizabeth, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Chris Bailey (Jess), Jenny Kent (Jim), Susanne Biehle (Nathan Day), Nathan Biehle (Kristal), Ryan Baurle (Amy), David Baurle (Catherine), Justin Baurle, Sara Speer (Jake), Caryn Clapp (Jason), Dale Gerringer (Brooke), Marvin Jacob Biehle (Kyndra), Marnita Schwartz (Joe), Marisa Biehle and Kent Biehle. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to St. Mary's Catholic Church and St. Mary's Catholic School.
