She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pennywitt and Wilma Pennywitt (Whitehead); and her siblings, Tonya Hensley, Deanna Robbins and Billy Pennywitt.
She is survived by: her husband Maxwell Williams; her children, Julie Swindall (Thurman) of North Vernon, Cheyenna Sharp of North Vernon, Elizabeth Sarver of North Vernon, Olivia Alsup (Derrek) and Timothy Sharp (Brittney) of North Vernon; her stepchildren, Rachel Williams, Rebecca Mason, Michelle Upton and DJ Sarver; and her siblings, Robin Bragg, Brenda Spine, Gary Newman, Mike Pennywitt, Jimmy Pennywitt and Bobby Pennywitt. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
