Penny Devoll Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Devoll (North Vernon, Indiana), born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lucas and Nora Lucas (Niewedde); her close friend Roscoe Olds; her siblings, Russell, James, Jerry Lucas and Peggy Strong; and her grandchildren, Brent DeVoll and Asia Dawn Asbury.
She is survived by: her children, K. Marshall DeVoll (Cathy) of Bussy, Iowa, Jessie DeVoll of North Vernon, Pandora Patten of North Vernon and Kathy Griffith (Bob) of Smyrna, Tennessee; and her siblings, Marvin Dale Lucas (Terry) of Seymour and Patty Wineinger (Harrold "Stretch") of Seymour. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may call at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 from 2:00 p. m. until 5:00 p. m. Due to COVID-19, we will be adhering to the CDC's regulations on public gatherings by only allowing ten people in the funeral home at a time.
Memorial donations may be made in Penny's honor through the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
