She is survived by: her children, Greg Cook (Shawna) of Butlerville and Radena Cook (Charlie) of North Vernon; her sisters, Lenora Horaitis of Los Angeles, Caifornia O'Neal and Agnes O'Neal of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her grandchild Nathan Williams (Amanda) of Gainesville, Florida; and her great grandchild Kannon Williams of Gainesville, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
