She was predeceased by: her son Toby Placek. She is survived by: her parents, Lowell Weidman and Janet Weidman of Elizabethtown; her husband J. D. Denton of North Vernon; her daughter Mindee Pike (Chuck) of Columbus; her siblings, Beverly Stein (Mike) of Vallonia, Nancy Weidman of Columbus and Ronnie Weidman of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Kaylin Miller and Jesse Miller.
