It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ondar Gibson of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Gibson and Delana Gibson (Howard); his siblings, Dennis Reed, Carl Reed, Ronnie Paul Gibson, Beatte Gibson, Phyllis Gibson, Jan Carlisle and Gill Gibson; and his grandson Nathan Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Gibson (Amy) of Shelbyville, Ondar Gibson Jr. of Texas and Kim Gibson of Hope; his close friend Norma Wood of North Vernon; and his sister Dorothy Johnson of Columbus. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
