With solemn reverence, we commemorate Nadine Shepherd of North Vernon, Indiana, whose life came to an end on January 6, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Mae (Mercer) and Harry Beach; her spouse Jesse Shepherd; and her siblings, Joann McNulty and Allan Beach.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse P. Shepherd and Jamey Marksberry (Shannon) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Traven Marksberry (Maia), MaKayla Gasper (Michael), Chasity Durant (Devon), Katrina Shepherd and Sara Shepherd; and her brother Marlyn Beach. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sawyer - Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service (115 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vernon Cemetery (315 S Pike St, Vernon, IN 47282).
