He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wayne and Janice Gayle Moore (Lucas). He is survived by: his sister Candy Driver of Seymour; his niece Samantha Frey (Cody) of Striker, Ohio; and his nephews, Jaymes Driver of Seymour, Cameron Driver of Seymour and Ethan Driver (Jessica) of North Vernon. He is also survived by four great-nieces; and three great nephews.
