Bowser of North Vernon; his son Shawne Bowser of Columbus; his granddaughter Payton Rae Gulledge; his stepchildren, Jeff Taggart (Beth), Karen Johnson (Rob), Lisa Niewedde (Jeff) and Jay L. Taggart; and his sisters, Laurelyn Parrish (Seymore), Diana Taylor (Manuel) and Linda Burkhead. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; one step-great grandson.
