He was predeceased by: his father David Hatton; and his stepfather Brian Heitz. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Pitts Heitz of Seymour; his wife Lindsay Pennycuff; his children, Konner Hatton of North Vernon, Easton Pennycuff of North Vernon, Taylor Hatton of Madison and Courtney Hatton of Madison; his siblings, Chase Hatton (Amber Hilligoss) of Madison and Amber Hatton of North Vernon; and his grandparents, Larry and Barbara Heitz of Elizabethtown.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for a fund for Matthew's children.
