He was predeceased by: his grandfather Douglas Purvis. He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Purvis and Jimmy Jacobs; his fiancée Chloe Oswald; his siblings, Brandy Saldana Morales (Alberto), Randilynn, Kaitlynn, Britney Purvis and Andrew Purvis (Delilah); his nieces and nephews, Maria, Archer Saldana Morales and Bexleigh Purvis; his grandparents, David, Connie Swaney and Angie McCubbins; and his uncles, Randy, Allen Purvis, Jeremy and Michael Petersons.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Voss and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (316 N Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery E County.
Memorial contributions in Matthew's honor may be made out to the family, in care of his sister Brandy Saldana Morales, to help defray costs.
