It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary DeEtt Smith of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bennett and Barbara Bennett (Bowlus); and her brother Eddie "Tink" Bennett. She is survived by: her sons, Jason "Mike" Everage (Deanna Mull) of North Vernon and James Everage (Angela Hollin) of Seymour; her siblings, Vaughn Bennett of San Francisco, California, Kathy Byalick (Jason) of Lisbon and Dawn Sinkes (Tim) of Phoenix, Arizonia; and her grandchildren, Andrew Everage-Scheible of Seymour, Elias Everage of Seymour, Madelynn Burton of Seymour, Cadence Burton of Seymour, Ross Mull of North Vernon and Serenidy Cockerham of Indianapolis.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home in honor of Mary to ResCare for Mental Health Awareness.
