She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles West and Carrie West (Fryman); her son Ricky Dale West; and her siblings, Robert, Buddy West, Henrietta Reed, Ellen Johnson, Genny Schnebelt and Gail Eckstein.
She is survived by: her daughter Allison Zech (Jeff) of North Vernon; her granddaughter Ashley Zech of North Vernon; her great grandchildren, Arleigh Murray of North Vernon and Ricky Dylan West of North Vernon; and her sister Laura Cornett of Scipio.
