She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Brooks Spurgeon. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Clarkson of North Vernon; her parents, Wendell Azbell of North Vernon and Carol Azbell of North Vernon; her daughters, Amanda Spurgeon (Brian Dickson) of Greensburg and Rachel Clarkson (Zachary McCrory) of Columbus; her siblings, Sonja Mills of North Vernon and Troy Azbell of North Vernon; and her grandchildren, Brendan Spurgeon, Ruby Spurgeon, Rileigh, Kal and Dickson.
