Eversole; his son Montie Polly (Kim) of North Vernon; his brother Don Polly of Naples, Florida; his grandchildren, Amie Mascara (Matt) of Lodi, Miranda Forte (Damon) of Medford, Heather Parrett (Steven) of Trafalgar, Britney Polly of Franklin and Lindsey Wallpe (Brandon) of Batesville; and his great grandchildren, Landen Polly of Franklin, Aiden of Lodi, Gavin Mascara of Lodi, Jovie of Trafalgar, Eli Parrett of Trafalgar and Emersyn Wallpe of Batesville.
