He was predeceased by: his parents, George Driver and Carrie Holton Driver; his spouse Joyce Amburgey; his son Marvin Leroy Driver, Jr.; his siblings, Opal Dobson, Luella Allman, Ruth Hamilton and Donald Driver; his half-brothers, Willard, George and Fred Driver; and his grandson Andrew Gress.
He is survived by: his significant other Tina Ritchie of North Vernon; his daughters, Margie Uebel (Travis) of North Vernon, Shelia Bannister (Gary) of North Vernon, Carrie Smitha (Gary) of Madison and Pamela Gress (Andrew) of Cross Plains; and his adoptive children, Nick Driver of Seymour, Sarver of North Vernon and Shelby Walp of North Vernon. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
