He is survived by: his wife Sharon Herr; his children, David Waggoner (Michelle) of North Vernon, Robert Hicks of Columbus, Chanda Hackman (Kevin) of Seymour, Crystal Lawrence of Columbus and Jackie Lacey (David) of North Vernon; and his siblings, Larry Waggoner (Sherri) of Columbus, Brian Walls of Columbus, Scott Waggoner (Terri Jones) of Seymour and Julie Alexander of Hagerstown.
