It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret R. Cartwright of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Stevie Whisenhunt Jr. and Chanda Cartwright. She is survived by: her husband Haskell "Hack" Cartwright Jr. of North Vernon; her children, Susan May of Commiskey, Rick Cartwright (Candy) of Mary Esther, Elizabeth English (Paul) of Lithia and David Chesser of Granbury, Texas; her brother Bo Harper (Wanda) of Shalimar, Florida; and her grandchildren, Christi Patterson (Tommy), Chad Campbell (Melissa), Chance Cartwright, Kayla English, Chandler English (Regan), Amber Ruddick (Christian), Morgan English, Taylor Lawrence, Priscilla Portillo (Joel), Carly Hinds (Zac), Dolores Chesser and Billy Chesser. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home in honor of Marty to the American Cancer Society.
