She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosetta Tanner Ruble (Criswell) and Harry Ruble; her brother Lanny Ruble; her husband Eugene "Duke" Koenig; her grandson Jacky Koenig Jr.; her close friend Lafayette "Lafe" Rayburn; and her stepchildren, Lisa Bissonett, Jennifer Engle and Mark Engle.
She is survived by: her children, Jacky Koenig Sr. (Patsy) of Madison, IN and Gina Scott (Garrie) of Cheyenne, WY; her sisters, Joyce Bradford of Copperas Cove, TX and Gin-Nie Smith (Steve) of High Point, NC; her stepson Jeffrey Engle; her grandchildren, Jana Armstrong (Steve), Julia Barnett (B. J.), LeeAnn Chase (Zach), Rhianna Rowlett (Jeff), Sarah-Ann Fox (Bryan), MaryAnn Myers (Josh), Donovan Scott and Dariann Scott; and her great grandchildren, Haylee Armstrong, Tristin Deeds, Kylie Rowlett, Kelsey Rowlett, Evan Armstrong, Zachary Chase, Daxton Myers, Ryan Chase, Amelia Myers and Bastion.
Memorials may be made in her honor through the funeral home to the Jacky Koenig, Jr. Memorial Scholarship with Jennings County Community Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
