It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Roark of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Eldon and Florence Knarr; her husband John; her daughter Laura Peetz; and her brother Marlin Knarr.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Roark (Stacy), Tony Roark (Joann), Jerry Roark (Latasha), Debbie Daniel Moore and Wendy Blodgett (Tracy); and her siblings, Charlene and Ray. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Little Memories Cemetery (5745 E County Rd 1150 N, Sunman, IN 47041).
