She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Barrett and Jessie Barrett (Young); her husband James Collinsworth; and her sons, David and Jason Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Barrett of Underwood, IN and Jackie Shadday of North Vernon; her sisters, Betsy King of Ohio and Reba Harbeson of Corydon; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Brett, Alisha, Eli Shadday, Shanda, Justin Barrett, Noah, Isiah and Lillia Barrett.
