With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Thompson of North Vernon, Indiana, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Thompson and Mable Thompson (Deaton); his sons, Terry and Larry Davis; and his brother Elmer Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Thompson Bloom of Seymour and Jerry Davis of Austin; and his siblings, Eliza Davis (Bob) of Seymour, Walter Thompson (Bobby Ray Thompson), Johnny Thompson (Danny Thompson), Lawrence Thompson of Canton, OH and Mike Thompson of Seymour. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
