He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ramey and Ethel Boggs Ramey; and his brothers, James Earl Ramey, Billy Reed Ramey and Roger Ramey.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Ramey of North Vernon; his children, Jayme Hartwell (Dean) of North Vernon and L. Scott Ramey (Pam) of North Vernon; his sister JoAnn Mathews of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Roger Hartwell, Kyle Ramey and Taylor Gourley (Lance). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

The family asks that all visitors please wear a mask.
