It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Leroy Sporleder of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Leroy and Margaret Lucille Sporleder (Starkey); his sister Linda Lucille Sporleder; and his stepson Aaron Sporleder. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Bott; his children, Jeffrey Scott Sporleder (Carmen) of Center Grove and Kathryn Lyn Hillen (John) of North Vernon; his stepsons, Mitchell Sporleder of Zenas and Jerad Sporleder of Crothersville; his brother Melvin Sporleder (Jeri) of Butlerville; his grandchildren, Amber Hook (Bryan) of Seymour, Derek Hillen (Sarah) of North Vernon, Caitlin Smith (Larron) of Dallas and Courtney Pennington (Trent) of Orlando, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn "Evie" Sue Hillen, Josiah Jeffrey Sylvester Smith, Saylor Rienne Hook, Alexia "Lexi" Lyn McBride-Hook, Oryn Keith Hook and Magdalene "Maggie" Pearl Hillen.
