With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Wayne Lucas of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on January 14, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Lucas and Maude Lucas (Bradley); and his sister Barbara Richards. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Graham (Hines) of North Vernon; his children, James Brooks (Jana) of North Vernon, Scott Brooks (Beth Gaines) of North Vernon, Chad Lucas of Louisville, Kentucky, Rhonda Campbell (Ronnie) of North Vernon and Julie Bishop (Joe) of North Vernon; and his siblings, Donald Lucas (Ruth) of Columbus, Brenda Mace of Columbus, Sue Gentry (Jesse) of Columbus, Diane East (Joe) of Columbus, Linda Jessie (Robert) of Columbus and Sharon Graham (Dale) of Columbus. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in honor of Larry may be made through the funeral home to the American Lung Association or the American Heart Association.
