He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Albert and Nila Sparks Moore; and his sisters, Karen Hartman and Iva "Cookie" Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Donna West; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Pettigrew of North Vernon; and his siblings, Phil Albert of Ohio, Terry Archer of Missouri and Cheryl Sofonia (John) of Arizona.
