He was predeceased by: his sister Kim Foist; his stepparents, Denny Brandenburg and Janice Kay Boyd; his stepsiblings, Troy Coulter, David Brandenburg and Julie Coulter; and his grandparents, Morris, Eileen James, Gladys and Floyd Boyd.
He is survived by: his parents, Dale Boyd of North Vernon and Patricia Boyd Brandenburg (James) of North Vernon; his sisters, Karen Thayer (Steve) of Scipio, Kathy Hopkins (Bob) of Scipio and Kay Stearns (Bobby) of North Vernon; and his stepsiblings, Scott Coulter of Tennessee, Phil Brandenburg of Kentucky, Mark Brandenburg of Kentucky and Rita Brandenburg of Kentucky. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in honor of Kevin to Our Hospice of Jennings County or the Brain Injury Association of Indiana.
