He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arney and Annalee Arney (Williams). He is survived by: his close friend Deborah Peckinpaugh of North Vernon; his children, Robert Curtis Arney of Columbus and Leann Marie Arney of Tennessee; and his siblings, Darrell Arney of Markel, Robin Necessary of Abingdon, Missy Ward of Gale Ferry, Connecticutt and Barbie Norris of Saltville, Virginia. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
