She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Struben and Flora Struben (Leinhoop); her husband Herman Kiser; her siblings, Bob, Fred, Charles Struben and Phyllis Utter; and her close friend Roxie Barber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Candice Jones (Howard) of North Vernon and Kim Kiser (Jerry Tackett) of Duluth, Georgia; her grandsons, Jeff Martin of Columbus and Jason Martin (Jenny) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her stepgrandson David Jones of Portal, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Graham, Grady, Garrison and Grayer Martin of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her close friend Jane Bower of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Kathleen through the funeral home to Mercy Rescue and Adoption Inc. or New Bethel Methodist Church.
