She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winchester and Goldie Smith (Barnes); her husband Cecil Jones; her son Ryan Lee Ross; and her siblings, Loretta James, Terry Winchester, Lee Winchester and John Randall Winchester.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cecelia Jones of North Vernon, Penny Anderson (Ricky) of Commiskey, Crystal Bailey (Brent) of Butlerville and Brittany Ross of Hayden; her sisters, Delores Wagers of Columbus, Joyce Fisher of Seymour, Judy Ford of Columbus, Barbara Royston Winchester of Kentucky, Virginia Turner of Kentucky and Darlene Stinson of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Krysta Parks, Jacob Turner, Timothy Lacey, Johnathan "John John" Daniels, Ricky Joe Anderson and Veronica Bailey. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
