She is survived by: her parents, Troy Lewis of North Vernon and Amy Lewis (Thompson) of North Vernon; her grandmothers, Patty Robertson (Bill) of North Vernon and Brenda Lewis of North Vernon; and her stepgrandmother Danilee Thompson of North Vernon.
