She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bishop and Mary Maxine Bishop (Harrison); her husband David Edward Stuehrenberg; her son Ronald Allen Zapfe; and her siblings, Fred, William, Richard Bishop and Mary Jane Bishop.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Miller (Albert Ritchie) of North Vernon, Teresa Zapfe (Wayne Berry) of Gulf Port and Kathy Zapfe (Dekota Lee) of Leakesville, Mississippi; her stepchildren, Dana Wilson (Bubba) of Greensburg and Daniel Stuehrenberg of Greensburg; her siblings, Terry Wayne Bishop (Emma) of North Vernon, Frieda Summers of Shoals, Sara Hancock (Gail) of Greensburg and Betty Scully (John) of Dupont; her grandchildren, Jerry Zapfe of North Vernon, Megan McQueen (Josh) of Grand Bay and Stephanie Zapfe of Leakesville, Mississippi; and her great grandchildren, Braylon Hardesty of Leakesville and Mia McQueen of Grand Bay, Alabama..
