He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Lee White Jr. (Kim Phelps) of Austin and Denise Tomblin Frazer (John Hargesheimer) of North Vernon; his wife Jennifer White of North Vernon; his children, Benjamin White of North Vernon, Rayne White of North Vernon and Leslie White of North Vernon; his siblings, Andrew White (Chelsie) of Mentone, Shaun Dixon (Alyssa) of North Vernon and Hannah Surface (Kenneth) of Mentone; and his grandfather William Tomblin of Kentucky.
