He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Pettit; his daughters, Belinda Heath of North Vernon and Jerianne Bateman of North Vernon; his brother Ronald James of North Vernon; his nieces, Cathi O'Mara of North Vernon and Deb Simpson of North Vernon; and his close friends, Mike Huffman of North Vernon and Kevin Caudill of North Vernon.
