With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Leland Jameson of North Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on October 7, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dillon Jameson and Frances Jameson (Morris); and his brother Theodore "Dale" Jameson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jameson; his children, Jay of Houston, Jeff of Louisville and Jill of Atlanta; his nephew Adam Jameson (Lyndsey); his nieces, Stacie Austin (Steve), Holly Hargrove Archer, Molly Coulter (Butch), Jennifer Hudson (Damon) and Katie Hovatter (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Berthy (Tom), Mike Gamble (Becky) and Stephen Gamble (Camille).
Memorial contributions in John's memory may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School in North Vernon.
