He was predeceased by: his parent Beverly Jo Galyen (Galliher); his brother Jamie Galyen; and his grandparents, Charles, Barb Galliher, Mary and Forest Galyen.
He is survived by: his father Carl Galyen of North Vernon; his children, Blake Galyen of Seymour and Breanne Galyen of Seymour; his fiancée Kristy Carpenter of North Vernon; and his brother Jeff Galliher (Melinda) of North Vernon.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in honor of Andy through the funeral home to help with expenses.
