He is survived by: his wife Helen of North Vernon; his children, Jimmie Dale Howard Jr. (Felecia) of Vilonia, Bo Chamberlain of Vilonia, William David Smith (Kim) of Greensburg, Pam Dean (Brian Pearson) of North Vernon, Tina Chamberlain of Vilonia, Arkansas and Tonya Chamberlain of Vilonia, Arkansas; his siblings, Jeffrey Pergram of Berry, Kentucky and Patsy Campbell of Berry, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Ericka Nolan (Jim) of Brownstown, Charlie Wells (Ashley) of Butlerville, Justin Smith (Macy) of Medora, Whitney Scott (Jared) of Crothersville, Amanda Pratt (Chris) of Seymour, Wayce Howard of Vilonia, Arkansas and Wylie Howard of Vilonia, Arkansas. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
