We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2020, at the age of 63, Jerry Phillips (North Vernon, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Phillips and Marsha June Phillips (Lee); and his brother Donald Ray Phillips. He is survived by: his close friends, Bev Coldiron and Lora Traylor.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Senior Renewal Center with St. Vincent Jennings Hospital.
