She was predeceased by: her daughter Zoey Dennise McCollum. She is survived by: her husband Larry Fugate of North Vernon; her children, Jacob William Frederick Burton of North Vernon, Holly Renee Burton of North Vernon and Noelle Cross Fugate of North Vernon; her mother Laura Lee (Sean) of Elizabethtown; and her grandparents, Frederick and Dorothy Ann Jackson of Columbus.
