She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Eula Phelps; her son Shane Lewellyn (Ruth Mayhew); her siblings-in-law, Betty Phelps, Marion Lewellyn and Rayburn Britt; and her brother Henry Phelps.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E Lewellyn; her sons, Mark Lewellyn (Cindy) of Columbus, Joe Lewellyn (Holly) of Fairland and Donald H Lewellyn (Lesli) of Helena, AL; her granddaughter Ashley Lee (Derek) of Westport, IN; her sisters, Dorothy Britt, Pat Cross (Denny) and Nancy Phelps; and her brother-in-law David Lewellyn. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
