He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mifflin and Anna Bertram Mifflin; his stepson John Ball; and his sisters, Cathy Noblitt and Mary Blanton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Graham Mifflin; his sons, Brent Mifflin of Muncie and Jamie Mifflin of Columbus; his stepchildren, Kelly Williams, Andy and Bradley Ball; and his siblings, John Mifflin of Muncie, Patricia Blanton of Muncie, Peggy McCormick of Seymour and Jeanie Robbins of Ohio. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
