He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Hanaway and Juinita Hanaway (Green); and his brother Larry Hanaway. He is survived by: his wife Alma Wood; and his siblings, William Hanaway of California, Ruthann Harp (Daniel) of Indianapolis and Martha Vogel of Indianapolis.
