He is survived by: his children, James Chester, Jr. and Christine Chester; his siblings, Tena Veiver of North Vernon, Verna Norwood of North Vernon, Cindy Rhodes of North Vernon and Steven Chester; and his significant other Cathy Martinez of North Vernon. He is also survived by uncle, great-uncle, cousins, nieces and a nephew.
