He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bailey and Laura Bailey (Johnson); his wife Carol J. Bailey; and his siblings, James, Frank of Eugene, J. L., Cornelius, John, Warn Bailey, Rhoda Mae Warren, Irene Browning, Mary Margaret Goodenow and Sharon Ann Keaton.
He is survived by: his children, Isaac Bailey Jr. (Tammie) of Deputy, Dennis Krawczyk (Deb), Tim Krawczyk (Dorene) of Elizabeth, Melody Arbuckle of North Vernon and Cindy Summerfield (Ron) of North Vernon; his sister Betty Sue LaDelfa of Boca Raton, Florida; and his grandchildren, Jessica Ebbing (Jamie) of North Vernon, Jennifer Campbell (Jacob) of North Vernon, Jared Krawczyk (Beth) of North Vernon, Crystal Riley (Jon) of Westport, Jacob Summerfield (Alli) of Scipio, Jeremy Krawczyk (Sarah) of Perry, Kyle Krawczyk (Kerri) of Clemens, Thomas Tatum (Karri) of Hayden, Bradley Bailey of Deputy and Lisa Walker (Andy) of Scottsburg. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
