She is survived by: her children, Brian Poling (Brandi) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Sherri Maschino (Larry) of North Vernon; her sister Mary Lewellen of Scipio; her grandchildren, Katrina Poling of North Vernon, Brooke Maschino (Jacob) of North Vernon, Andrea Leak (Josh) of North Vernon, Marisa Lakins (Josh) of North Vernon, Bryce Maschino of Orlando, Cody Bach (Sarah) of Omaha, Tryston Wheatley of Madison and Landon Poling of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Carter Leak of North Vernon, Taylor Leak of North Vernon, Dawson Leak of North Vernon, Gwyn Lakins of North Vernon, Reid Lakins of North Vernon and Jonathan Paul Maschino of North Vernon.
